Chicken Roast

Chicken Roast

Very Easy to prepare and Tasty to eat

Bachelors can make this easily in sundays


Chicken - 500 gms

Onions - 2 finely chopped

Ginger garlic paste - 2 tablespoons

Curd - 2 spoons

Chilli powder





Preparation :

Making Chicken Roast

Wash and keep the chicken pieces aside.

In a kadai add sufficient oil. Add the chopped onions and fry till they turn brown.

Now add the chicken pieces, turmeric and salt.

Fry for 5 minutes under high flame.

Now add curd and cook till the chicken is properly cooked under medium flame.

Add sufficient chilli powder, pepper. Mix well and cook for two more minutes.

Garnish with coriander and serve chicken roast with rice or chapathis.
